Methodology
Project Planning:  this phase we discuss and conclude on the following topics.                                 
  • Choosing the Project Timeline
  • Choosing the Project Tasks
  • Choosing the Project Leader & Team members
Requirement Analysis
In this phase we focus more on collecting the requirements from the customer by having frequent calls with the customer. We also go through the existing documents during the Requirement Analysis Phase.
System Design & Development:
In this Phase we review the requirements and based on that we design Logical and Physical System. We also prepare the DFD (Data Flow Diagram) during this Phase. During the development Phase, actual coding happens based on the SRS prepared. During the development Phase developers perform the Unit and Integration testing.
System Implementation & Quality Testing:
During this Phase, once the development work is completed, the product will be deployed at the customer Location and given to the testing team to test the software completely. The testing team will go through the complete test cycle and come up with the test results to the development team.
UAT Testing & Go-Live:

During this Phase, User Acceptance Testing is carried out. Customer will execute series of test cases related to the software deployed. ITB normally provides the test cases to Customer and get the sign-off from the customer after executing the UAT test cases. The customer then decides the Go-live date.

Post Implementation Support:

During this Phase, ITB provides 4 weeks free post implementation support to the customer and which is normally mentioned in the Initial proposal. Customer has the option of having the dedicated support staff at his location after Go-Live. In this case, ITB signs an agreement with the customer for providing the onsite support Engineer for initial one year and it will be renewed if required after one year.

Customer Satisfaction Survey:

During this phase, we send the customer feedback form to the customer after 3 months of go-live and collect the feedback from the customer. Upon receiving the customer feedback, ITB normally work on the areas on which customer has rated below expectation and focus on
